As a member of the Customer Success team, the Client Partner will be responsible for orchestrating Customer Success. The job function will have the responsibility to ensure that all contractual obligations for Revenue under management are met and growing and retaining net new revenue streams in assigned clients. This position serves as an integral complement in delivering client value and creating successful outcomes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position will be supporting and collaborating on delivering a high level of sales execution and excellence. The position will be involved with the pre-sales stage and delivery stage of client and revenue acquisition including market research, sales-ready tools and proposal development. The Client Partner must embrace the principles of customer intimacy and must at all times be a Valorem ambassador. Both ESAT and CSAT are very important and the Client Partner will key contributor to each.
