Receptionist Seattle, WA


The Receptionist will maintain office operations by greeting visitors; receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving client, both internal and external.       

  • Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member or correct room for meeting
  • Answer phones as necessary
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence from Managing Partners, Directors, Vendors, Employees and all other parties in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
  • Coordinate messenger and courier service
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Retrieve information when requested and respond with detailed, professional and complete information
  • Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
  • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, lockers
  • Assist with event planning and preparation
  • Monitor, maintain and stock office supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, store
  • Keep office space tidy and ensure cleaning requests are addressed
  • All other duties as assigned or anticipated


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent; Technology skills including use of e-mails, group messaging

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.  Must have the ability to travel, sometimes with short notice.
